Every trader does the same thing every day: they set a price alarm. And that feature is fundamentally broken. The alarm rings at 3 a.m., you're asleep, the opportunity is gone. Or by the time you wake up and open the app, price has already moved. The gap between the alarm and the trade is exactly where retail traders lose the most money.

The Solution

In PUSU, the alarm doesn't just notify - it acts. The user signs once and closes the phone. When price arrives, the order enters, and the protection is set up automatically the moment it fills.

Not every alarm can survive a server outage, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest with someone's money. So PUSU makes the trust boundary explicit: every alarm card carries a badge telling the user exactly what it depends on.

PUSU is a Rust workspace split into focused crates - a price feed, an execution engine, an order-signing layer, a node runtime, storage, and a Trunk-built web frontend. The interesting engineering isn't a flashy feature; it's the discipline of reasoning explicitly about trust boundaries and failure modes: what survives a crash, what doesn't, and making that honest to the user instead of hiding it.

Sole engineer - the product idea, the Rust architecture, the non-custodial signing model, the exchange-native vs watcher-side execution design, and the frontend. PUSU is my main systems-level Rust project and a study in building trustworthy trading infrastructure.
