The Problem

The AI industry runs on data — but its supply chain is opaque. Licensed datasets get used outside their terms. AI teams can't prove which corpora their models actually saw. Licensors have no way to enforce the contracts they sign. And regulation is catching up fast: the EU AI Act, NYT v OpenAI, Getty v Stability AI — each one asks the same question: where did your data come from?

Forsety doesn't try to prove what ended up inside a model's weights. It proves licensed access and compliant usage — which is what contracts, audits and courtrooms actually ask for.

How It Works

The flow is deliberately simple: a licensor uploads a dataset with its license and access policy. When an AI team or agent uses that dataset, Forsety records a signed, tamper-evident receipt. Anyone with the right permission can later export a verifiable Evidence Pack — a self-contained JSON proof that holds up in audits and legal review.

Founder and sole engineer. Forsety is mine end-to-end — the product thesis, the technical decisions (Shelby, Aptos, MCP), the architecture, the dashboard, the brand identity ("Living Justice"), the landing site, and the launch storytelling on X. It is my primary push into building infrastructure where AI, licensing and cryptography meet.

Forsety is named after Forseti, the Norse god of justice. The visual system carries that weight: navy-deep #0a0f1a with gold #D4AF37 accents, a Tiwaz (ᛏ) rune as the mark, and typography that pairs Space Grotesk with Playfair Display. The same system extends to the launch content on X — a series of short films that explain the product, the partners and the people who need it.
